Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Prices
All prices shown on our quotations, invoices, marketing materials, and website are expressed in CFA francs excluding tax (XOF, excl. VAT). Applicable VAT is added in accordance with current legislation at the time of invoicing.
Astra Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without prior notice, based on changes in costs (raw materials, transportation, manufacturing, etc.). The applicable prices are those in effect on the date the order is placed.

2. Product Warranty
All products sold by Astra Company are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with applicable laws.
The warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear resulting from use; damage caused by improper use or non-compliant installation; repairs or modifications carried out without written authorization; any deterioration caused by humidity, impact, or improper maintenance.

3. Claims and Returns
Any claim (damaged product, defect, non-conformity, etc.) must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and supported by evidence (photos, detailed description). After this period, the delivery will be deemed accepted. No returns will be accepted without the prior written approval of Astra Company.

4. Website Orders – Specific Return Conditions
In the case of an order placed directly on our website: returns are accepted only if the product has a manufacturing defect or a confirmed malfunction; the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt by providing clear evidence of the issue (photo, video, description); no returns will be accepted due to a change of mind, customer error, or failure to verify product dimensions.
